Notice is hereby given that the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), Division of Financial Assistance (DFA) intends to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the Markleeville Water System Improvements Project (project).
The Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration with Appendices are available for review at the top of our Important Documents Page under the heading: “Markleeville Water System Improvements Project Documents.”
The 30-day review period is today, April 21st, through May 21st, 2021.
