The Water Co. is continuing to move forward with the Water System Improvement Project, and things are almost complete.
As part of the project, we will need to shut down water service to all property parcels in Markleeville and Marklee Village. This includes Hot Springs Rd. as well as all side streets from Pleasant Valley Rd. and parcels on Timber Lane.
This shut down will occur on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
During this time, you will not have drinking water from any taps, nor be able to flush toilets so please plan ahead and store water accordingly.
